Booking cancellation

Cancellations must be made in accordance with the cancellation policy stated at the time of booking. Free cancellation may be available if the reservation is canceled within the specified period.

For cancellations made after the free cancellation deadline, late cancellations, or no-shows, a cancellation fee equivalent to the first night or the full stay (depending on the rate plan booked) may apply.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and will be processed based on the time and date the request is received by the property.

We recommend reviewing the specific cancellation terms of your selected rate plan before confirming your reservation.

Cancellation policies vary depending on the selected rate plan. Guests are advised to carefully review the cancellation conditions at the time of booking.

For flexible rate plans, cancellations made within the allowed free cancellation period will not incur any charges. Cancellations received after the specified deadline, as well as no-shows, will be subject to a cancellation fee as stated in the booking confirmation.

For non-refundable rate plans, the full amount of the reservation will be charged at the time of booking and is not eligible for refund in case of cancellation, modification, or no-show.
